He (and the boat captain) made sure everyone knew how to use not only the rental gear, but also customers own gear that they weren’t sure how to setup. But it was a little crowded and everyone’s feet was in everyone’s face because there was only one manatee sleeping in the corner. It was dark so it was hard to see where you were going.
