“First time scuba diving for both of us and we chose the right people to do it with! Carlos, Alex, and Juan were incredibly helpful and positive. We immediately got our friends to book an excursion with them. We only had one person become afraid in our group, but the divers encouraged the person into diving still with the perfect amount of attention needed.”

“This would have been my 13th dive, open-certified but I failed to meet the expectations of the guide (which is fine) for the caves in Dos Ojos. He was incredibly rude to me, biased against women and I literally couldn’t stand his presence so decided against continuing with the dive, partly to appease him and mostly to relieve myself of his presence—what a backward customer experience! He reiterated over and over again to the group that “we’re adults”, “we’re divers” and can do what we want which made NO sense to me. We were relying on him as a guide and frankly, as a good human, to advise open-water divers…”

“The experience was excellent from start to finish. Laura was communicative and responsive with the booking and arranging of hotel to dock transport. Filipe, our dive guide was friendly, educational and knowledgeable. He put my wife at ease (she is not a diver). Both Laura and Filipe went the extra mile by postponing our transport back to the resort after the dive so that we may enjoy lunch at one of their suggested local spots. I will be back to dive with them and highly recommend this private charter.”
