“This would have been my 13th dive, open-certified but I failed to meet the expectations of the guide (which is fine) for the caves in Dos Ojos. He was incredibly rude to me, biased against women and I literally couldn’t stand his presence so decided against continuing with the dive, partly to appease him and mostly to relieve myself of his presence—what a backward customer experience!
